1 - Battery life. My BlackBerry lasts 3-5 days of heavy use. My PocketPC last 2-3 hours with WiFi.
2 - The BlackBerry works with Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003, Domino, Groupwise while Windows Mobile will only work with Exchange 2003 SP2.
3 - Keyboard. All BlackBerrys have built-in keyboards. This is much faster than a stylus.
The key thing Windows Mobile has over BlackBerry is a much better UI.
